Eddi Johnson was born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii. She attended Kamehameha Schools and after she graduated, Honolulu Business College. She majored in Business Administration and Law. She received her degree and went on to be a Court Clerk for the Fifth Circuit Court on Kauai and then the First Circuit Court in Honolulu, for 14 years. She and her family moved to San Diego in 1986 and she took a position at Imperial Corporation of America as Administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the Corporate Services Division. A short time later she took the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to the President and CEO of the company.
In 1998, Eddi joined the Meyer C. Weiner Company as Assistant to its founder, Meyer C. Weiner, and is now the General Manager of the San Diego operations.
