City Centre, Kalamazoo’s premier downtown location. In the spring of 2002, the Meyer C. Weiner Company accomplished its goal. The doors to this downtown centerpiece were opened. Working with the talent and vision of local developers, builders, designers, architects, engineers and consultants ensured that this landmark was developed into the finest business location in the city.

Located on the historic Kalamazoo Mall just a few steps south of Michigan Avenue, City Centre is comprised of nearly 200,000 square feet of real estate located on six floors. Fine dining mixed with Class A office/retail space and luxurious Chicago-style lofts. (Available: Class A office space up to a full floor of 25,000 square feet.)

Inside the first floor, you'll find some of the newest entertainment/retail that Kalamazoo has to offer!  The Union Bar & Grill is the place for live entertainment Downtown, not to mention its wonderful menu filled with every type of cuisine imaginable.

Additionally, the newest member of the Kalamazoo City Centre can be found on the first floor.  In February of 2005, Irving's Market opened to rave reviews.  This 6,000 square foot space comprises every need necessary to those living and working downtown.  From its full deli counter, salad bar, and coffee bar, to its frozen foods and ever type of necessity imaginable, Irving's has quickly become the place for lunch, dinner, and anything you could possibly pick up during or after work.

The artistically designed, one-of-a-kind exterior clock welcomes all to walk through the grand mall entrance. Once inside, guests are greeted with the warmth of commissioned art and access to City Centre via multiple elevators or stairways. The common areas feature oversized restrooms and nearly one square foot of common area space for every five square feet of leasable space. The rooftop deck and gazebo provide a wonderful environment for both social and business needs. Parking is adjacent and there is a direct entry skywalk.
