Brian J. Sell has been with the Meyer C. Weiner Company since 2000. As the Director of Operations he oversees the daily operations of all commercial properties and our residential units. He works closely with the company's accounting department to ensure that tenant's accounts are current, and that billings are handled on a timely basis. Brian is responsible for the budgeting process for all our entities; he communicates with our property managers to develop comprehensive plans for the upkeep of the company's investments. He also works with the Meyer C. Weiner Company's insurance carriers, making sure our properties and employees are properly covered.
Brian and his wife Amy enjoy spending time with their two daughters and four grandchildren. They also enjoy playing golf as often as possible, and horseback riding. |
