Here we go again at Southland Mall

It seems every few years updates are performed at Southland to improve the tenant mix. Office Depot opened October 2018 in the space formerly occupied by MC Sports. It is their new prototype store. Earlier this spring, Roxy’s Fine Stitchery and The Shoesmith moved to larger renovated spaces next door to Kohl’s, making room for our newest addition Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market. They will occupy an expanded footprint formerly occupied by Office Max.
Fresh Thyme is best described as a combination of Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s with an emphasis on Trader Joe’s prices. They are expected to open in the first quarter of 2019. Shoesmith has operated in Southland since January of 1985 and Roxy’s has been present since March of 1999. |
