Matt started with the Meyer C. Weiner Company in 1987 in facilities management. His prior experience in construction was a natural that lead to his growth with the Meyer Weiner Company from one specific development to oversight for all new construction and major structural improvements to existing properties. Matt provides liaison with all third parties providing design, construction, engineering, surveying, environmental auditing and the like to the developments. Matt also is responsible for maintaining productive relationships with governmental units in terms of code compliance.
Matt has been actively involved in the company's participation at the International Council of Shopping Centers Convention for over twenty-six years. Matt is truly a team player interacting with all other facets of the business — leasing, financing, management. Matt is married to Jodi and they are the proud parents of sons Mitchell and Mason. He enjoys coaching his sons and watching them in all sports including football and baseball. |
